- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add cooked fettuccine, and toss gently. If desired, add a splash of broth or fruit juice for added creaminess.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon zest if preferred.
