- 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and combine cream of chicken soup with milk until smooth. Stir in sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
