- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- Salt ( to taste )
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine minced garlic, thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, and dried onion. Mix well until combined.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and creamy.
- Grease a small baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Pour the dip into the dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 10 minutes. If desired, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with your choice of dippers.
