- 6 oz package Strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 15 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the Strawberry Jello in boiling water and mix well. Stir in ice cold water and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together jellied cranberry sauce and sour cream until smooth.
- Combine the cooled gelatin mixture with the cranberry-sour cream mixture until fully blended.
- Pour into a lightly greased nonstick jello mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
- To serve, warm the mold slightly under running water before inverting onto a plate. Slice and enjoy with whipped cream if desired.
