Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Gradually whisk in flour until combined.
- Slowly add milk or broth while whisking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer béchamel sauce, chopped spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
