- 3/4 cup orange juice
- Thinly sliced orange peel
Instructions
- Prepare the batter by whisking together flour, sugar, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, mix eggs with vanilla extract, then add milk and water. Gradually combine with dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover evenly. Cook until golden brown on each side.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in castor sugar until dissolved, then add orange peel and juice, stirring until bubbly.
- Dip each folded crepe briefly into the sauce before serving and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
