Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the hot sprouts just before serving.
