Instructions
- Husk the corn and rinse it under cold water.
- Brush each ear with olive oil using a basting brush for even coating.
- Place corn in the air fryer basket; set to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and chili powder until smooth.
- Once cooked, spread the topping mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Finish by sprinkling cotija cheese on top before serving.
