- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 48 oz marinara sauce
- 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese with eggs, parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add gluten-free penne on top of the sauce followed by scoops of the ricotta mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering process two more times and finish with marinara and mozzarella on top.
- Cook on high for 2.5 hours until bubbly and heated through.
