- ½ yellow onion diced
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 14 oz of drained (chopped artichoke hearts)
- 12 oz frozen spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1–½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the mixture.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- Stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
