- ½ red onion, finely sliced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Thinly slice the red onion and cucumbers.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
