Instructions
- Melt ½ cup chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth; let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Mix in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Whip ½ cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, melt remaining chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons heavy cream; let cool.
- Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold in cooled chocolate mixture.
- Crush cookies and layer half in clear glasses, followed by cheesecake mousse, then chocolate syrup. Repeat layers.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate curls.
