Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, food coloring, vinegar, and cocoa powder.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Reserve 1/4 cup of the brownie batter.
- Pour the remaining batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over brownie layer and drop spoonfuls of reserved batter on top; swirl gently.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set yet moist. Allow to cool completely before chilling for at least 2 hours before slicing.
