Instructions
- Rinse arugula and blackberries under cold water; pat dry.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice into wedges.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine arugula, avocado, blackberries, and red onion.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
