- 1 cup Pretzel Snaps (or sticks/twists)
- 16 oz Caramel Squares (or homemade caramel)
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips (or vegan chocolate)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel squares in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
- Wash and slice apples into bite-sized wedges, inserting toothpicks into each.
- Dip each apple wedge into melted caramel and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Before the caramel sets, press a pretzel snap onto each apple bite.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the bites using a spoon or piping bag.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before cooling completely.
