- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7 oz vegan marshmallow cream
- Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions (mix with water, oil, and eggs).
- Grease silicone egg-shaped molds with nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill each mold with brownie batter using a 2 tablespoon scoop.
- Bake for 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Create divots in the brownies while hot using a 1/2 teaspoon.
- Cool completely before removing from molds.
- Beat together cream cheese and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
- Pipe the filling into each brownie divot and add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
