Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup kataifi pastry
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Optional: 2 tablespoons pistachios (or nuts of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter or coconut oil in a mixing bowl. Add kataifi pastry and mix until coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, melt chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- In serving cups, layer baked kataifi, top with sliced strawberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Optionally sprinkle with pistachios and serve warm.
