Ingredients
- 20 regular-sized vegan marshmallows
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 cups popped popcorn
- Hot pink candy melts
- 1 tsp vegetable shortening or coconut oil
- Easter-themed sprinkles
- Easter-themed icing decorations
Instructions
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add 20 vegan marshmallows and mix until coated.
- Heat in 30-second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
- Place 5 cups of popped popcorn in a greased 9×9 baking dish, pour the melted marshmallow mixture over it, and stir to coat evenly.
- Press into an even layer.
- For the drizzle, melt hot pink candy melts with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Drizzle over the popcorn bars using a fork.
- Decorate with sprinkles and icing decorations before chilling in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
