- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half of the candy-coated chocolate eggs.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto prepared baking sheets, pressing remaining candies on top for decoration.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; centers should remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
