  • Peeps vegan vegan marshmallows bunnies & chicks for decoration
  • Easter sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg whites one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and optional almond extract.
  4. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk until just combined.
  5. Divide batter into four bowls; color each portion with different pastel food coloring.
