- 1 box French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- Food coloring (neon or gel)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three bowls and color each with different food coloring.
- Pour the colored batters into Ziploc bags, snip off one corner, and squirt them into the prepared pan to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake using the back of a wooden spoon.
- Whisk together the milk and pudding mix for about five minutes until thickened, then pour over the cake.
- Spread Cool Whip evenly on top and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
