- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté minced ginger and garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional chili garlic sauce; bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and simmer for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Add chopped baby bok choy or spinach; simmer for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Gently add frozen dumplings and simmer for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot, topping with chopped green onions, toasted sesame seeds, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
