Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks and trim green beans.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté green beans for 5 minutes; set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, followed by chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
- Combine broth, soy sauce, honey, and corn starch in a bowl; mix well.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken, add back the green beans, and mix until heated through.
- Serve warm alongside rice or quinoa.
