Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and bell peppers onto skewers alternately.
- Oil the grilling grate and place the skewers on the grill.
- Grill for about 7 minutes on each side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
