- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bars
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Gather and prep your ingredients, keeping the puff pastry cold in the fridge.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into four equal strips and place chocolate filling about an inch from the bottom of each strip.
- Fold over the bottom edge, add more chocolate, and roll into croissant shape.
- Seal edges with an egg wash and repeat with remaining strips.
- Chill croissants for about 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 26-27 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
