- 2–3 sliced fresh peaches
- 3 tea bags
- 6 cups water
Instructions
- Make the Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and crush peach slices into the mixture until the sugar dissolves. Let it steep for 30 minutes off heat.
- Brew the Tea: Boil 6 cups of water in another pot. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
- Combine: Strain the peach syrup into a large pitcher to remove fruit pieces. Mix with cooled tea.
- Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves or extra peach slices if desired.
