Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and dried herbs until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over your steaks in a resealable bag or bowl; ensure they are well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours.
- Preheat your grill to high. Oil the grill grates before cooking steaks for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
- Let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
