Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the pears and remove the core to create space for the filling.

- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and honey.
- Generously fill each pear half with the mixture.
- Drizzle each pear with honey and balsamic vinegar; season with ground black pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs before serving warm.
