- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, dried fruits, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about one inch in diameter).
- Store Energy Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer shelf life.
