- 1/2 small yellow onion (sliced)
- 1 cup dashi broth
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 stalk green onion (diced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Divide enoki mushrooms into small bunches and roll each with a slice of beef.
- In a bowl, mix dashi broth, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook sliced onions until caramelized.
- Place beef rolls over onions, drizzle with sauce, cover, and cook for 3 minutes; flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Scramble eggs in a bowl and pour over the rolls; simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with diced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
