- 2 racks of beef baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or grill to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the back of each rib rack for better texture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Generously rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet or grill with the meat side up and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Cook for about 2 hours until fork-tender.
- Unwrap the foil, brush on BBQ sauce, and increase heat to caramelize for an additional 15–20 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into portions.
