Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauces, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken skewers with olive oil while grilling.
- Grill each skewer for about 5-7 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
