Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line cupcake pans with liners.

- Cream melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk until just combined. Fold in sprinkles gently.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake for 14-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat softened butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix in heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.
- Frost cooled cupcakes as desired.
