Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Transfer the puree to a saucepan and mix in lemon juice and sugar. Heat over medium-high until thickened (about 5 minutes). Chill for 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add condensed milk and vanilla while mixing.
- Combine cooled puree with whipped cream and gently fold to maintain swirls.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
