Ingredients
- 500 g skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 15 g fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives)
- 1 lemon (zest only)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium egg
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1–2 tsp milk
- 50 g peas (defrosted)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut salmon into chunks and pulse in a food processor with herbs, lemon zest, garlic powder, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Stir in defrosted peas and enough milk for a thick batter consistency.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat; shape the mixture into four patties.
- Cook each patty for 8–10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the tzatziki dressing, mix natural yogurt with grated cucumber and crushed garlic; adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve the salmon burgers on buns topped with lettuce and tzatziki dressing.
