Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened vanilla ice cream, thawed pink lemonade concentrate, thawed whipped topping, lemon zest, and red food coloring. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with lemon peel and additional whipped topping before serving if desired.
