Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease your pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; mix on low speed until just combined.
- Press dough into the prepared pan and poke holes in it. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Let the crust cool while preparing frosting by mixing cream cheese with your choice of sweeteners until smooth.
- Once cooled, spread frosting over the crust and top with fresh fruits. Drizzle with honey if desired.
