Instructions
- Prep the potatoes by washing, peeling, and cubing them. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook seasoned chicken until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Stir in minced garlic and sauce; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add air-fried potatoes to the skillet and toss together.
- Top with mozzarella cheese; cover until melted or broil for a few minutes.
