Instructions
- In a large saucepan, cook turkey bacon over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Stir in green beans, potatoes, savory, salt, pepper, and stock; bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Blend one-third of the soup using an immersion blender until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream with the pureed soup, then return it to the pot.
- Stir well, adjust seasoning if needed, and gently reheat before serving.
