Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1.5-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 1 cup water (for syrup)
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 5 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sliced peaches, ginger, sugar, and 1 cup water. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- Blend the cooled mixture until smooth, then strain into a large pitcher.
- Stir in lemon juice and cold water until well mixed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lemon slices.
