- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Pepper Paste)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup shredded parmesan or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in gochujang until well combined.
- Gradually add heavy cream while stirring until smooth; mix in cheese until melted.
- Toss the drained pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
