Instructions
- For the Mushroom Toast, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Scramble the eggs in a separate pan until soft and creamy. Toast the rustic bread until crisp. Layer sautéed mushrooms, then scrambled eggs on top, garnishing with fresh parsley.
- For the Avocado Toast, toast another slice of rustic bread until golden brown. Spread avocado on top, followed by halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with parsley.
