Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tablespoons agar-agar
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Brew the green tea as per package instructions and let it cool.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cooled green tea, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the agar-agar in hot water and stir until smooth. Add this mixture to the saucepan.
- Stir on low heat until combined without boiling.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
- Once set, gently remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
