- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 red onion cut into one inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper cut into one inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into one inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper cut into one inch pieces

- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Add the cubed steak to the marinade; toss until coated. Marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is reached.
