Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Toss the mushrooms in the marinade until evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 8–10 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes until tender and charred.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
