Instructions
- Grill the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, mixed greens, and fresh herbs. Toss gently.
- Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Top the salad base with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with dressing. Toss lightly if desired and serve immediately.
