Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide baby spinach among four plates. Top each with grilled chicken strips, avocado slices, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and pine nuts.
- Stir the dressing again before drizzling it evenly over each serving.
- Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
