Instructions
- Soak a cedar plank in beer and water for at least 4 hours.
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange zest, juice, olive oil, brown sugar, chipotle chili powder, and cumin.

- Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill and add the salmon fillet skin side down.
