- 8 oz mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Trim and cut steak into 1.5-inch pieces for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak pieces in a ziplock bag, add marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Wash and air-dry mushrooms while the steak marinates.
- After one hour, add mushrooms to the ziplock bag with the steak and marinate for an additional hour.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Thread steak pieces and mushrooms onto skewers securely.
- Grill kabobs for approximately 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
