  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
  • 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
  • 1 24-oz container of sour cream
  • 1 box orange flavored vegan gelatin
  • 1 10-oz bag mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Pour all the fruit into a colander over the sink. Allow the juices to drain for about four hours. For best results, place a bowl or towel under the colander and refrigerate it. If you're short on time, use a clean kitchen towel to gently dry the fruits.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream with the orange flavored vegan gelatin. Stir until completely blended.
  3. Add the drained fruit mixture and mini vegan marshmallows into your mixing bowl. Gently stir until everything is well-coated with the creamy mixture.
  4. Cover your mixing bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. For optimal flavor, chilling overnight is recommended!
  5. Just before serving, give your salad another gentle stir. Serve chilled to enjoy its refreshing taste!
